1. Our Return Philosophy

At Pinkstraps.com, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms below.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request initiated within 7 days of confirmed delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) provided
  • Item must not be soiled, damaged, or altered in any way

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Panties, thongs, briefs, and all underwear/bottom items
  • Bodysuits and swimwear
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
  • Items purchased during a final sale or marked non-returnable on the product page
  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
⚠️ Hygiene Notice: All intimate apparel including panties, briefs, and bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, even if unused. This policy is strictly enforced.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please:

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged or defective product
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  • Send to support@pinkstraps.com

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being rejected.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@pinkstraps.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
  2. Approval: Our team reviews your request within 2 business days and issues a return authorization if eligible.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack securely in original packaging and ship to the address provided. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Processing: Once received and inspected, we notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days.

6. Refund Policy

  • Store Credit: Issued within 3 business days, valid for 12 months from issue date
  • Original Payment Method: Processed within 7–10 business days (subject to your bank)
  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet return conditions upon inspection.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color differences subject to stock availability. Contact support within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns. If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch. Once shipped, the order must go through the standard return process. To cancel, email support@pinkstraps.com immediately with your order number.

9. International Orders

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes. We recommend using tracked shipping — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
